Shopee - VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER !!!

Nag order ako ng item sa shopee, which is the name of the seller/account is Kingbay.ph, I ordered 20 pieces of *** rings. Pero nung dumating ang item 19 pieces lang ang dumating.

Sa reaction ni seller halatang alam niya na kulang ang pinadala niya. I ask for a refund para ma bayaran ako sa kulang na ipadala ni seller, kaso walang button kung ilan ang e refund so i click refund for 20 pieces para mag negotiate na isauli ko nalang yung 19 pieces na ipadala niya. The seller raise a dispute and she win then the seller gets away with it. Hindi ako na refund sa isang item.

Tuwang tuwa si seller kasi hindi siya naka bayad ng refund sakin. Shopee your policies should be inline with the laws here in the Philippines. Nasaan ang justice?? kahit isa lang yon counted pa rin yon.

Dapat both parties can benefit the result of your decision!! THE SELLER GETS AWAY WITH IT.

DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED SHOPPING APP!! BWESIT !!
